2015 Annual Report
Rogerson is pleased to have completed and celebrated the opening of two important affordable housing projects in 2015. Hong Lok House and Cooper House became fully operational, opening their doors to residents and dignitaries in honor of the occasion. Another major project under development, Fairing Way, has picked up momentum and will soon be under construction. Also, in partnership with MADSA, Rogerson secured statewide Massachusetts Department of Public Health licensure for all adult day health programs, raising the efficacy and quality, and helping to secure understanding of these critical programs.
2014 Annual Report
As the landscape of national, state and local funding continues to change, Rogerson Communities has continued to achieve our mission of offering affordable housing and services for low-income elders. Our commitment to the elders we serve continues to flourish and thrive as our economy slowly returns to better days. Rogerson’s commitment to environmentally sound practice is evident in the development of the New Hong Lok House, as well as in the up-cycling and green retro-fitting of Farnsworth House which won Rogerson Communities a prestigious national award. Rogerson faces the challenges of our future built upon our strong history of success.
