Roslindale House, developed by Rogerson in 1987 in the former Roslindale High School, includes 83 affordable apartments for low-income elders and people with disabilities. The units are very spacious, with large windows and high ceilings.

Managed by Rogerson since it opened, this property also includes community space for the greater Roslindale community as well as the Rogerson administrative offices.
