Since 1999, Rogerson has managed Council Tower, a 17-story elevator building. The building is owned by Council of Elders Housing Corporation, a community-based organization affiliated with Forward, Inc. Rogerson oversaw the $4.5 million renovation of the HUD-supported building in the fall of 2005. Residents have access to Rogerson’s Fitness First program and numerous community spaces offering beautiful views of Boston.
Council Tower offers 144 subsidized units for elders with a live-in staff member.
The building also includes a computer learning center, fitness center, a kitchen for events, on-site laundry, and a community roof deck with unrivaled views of the Boston skyline.
