Peter Faneuil House, developed by Rogerson, includes 48 low-income apartments for individuals and families in the former Faneuil School on Beacon Hill. Managed by Rogerson since it opened, Peter Faneuil House is close to Government Center, Downtown Crossing, Boston Common, and the Back Bay, with an adjacent basketball court and city garden available for use by residents and Beacon Hill neighbors.
