Florence House, developed and managed by Rogerson, comprises 17 one-bedroom cooperatively owned apartments especially designed to meet the needs of persons 55 years of age or older. There is no income limit on residents who purchase these units.
Florence House cooperative apartments are located in one wing of Roslindale House, the former Roslindale High School building at Poplar and Florence streets, a short walk from Roslindale Square.
