Fitness First is an innovative fitness program for our residents and Adult Day Health Program participants, offering one-on-one supervised training opportunities to help maintain and improve strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility.
Equipment for Older Adults
Located throughout our facilities, Fitness First centers are furnished with state-of-the-art exercise equipment designed for older adults, allowing them to focus on their specific needs.
Care Coordination and Collaboration
Our trained staff members collaborate with visiting physical therapists to plan and continue the successes our older adults have enjoyed with their therapists.
