Michael Quirk is the Chief Operating Officer for Rogerson Communities. Michael is responsible for Rogerson’s senior living and affordable housing portfolio as well as its care services. Michael joined Rogerson in 2025 bringing with him fifteen years of executive experience in independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, and continuing care organizations throughout Massachusetts, including Rogerson’s Briarwood community in Worcester, Mass. His track record of success ranges from consistently stabilizing and increasing occupancy to developing and implementing budgets, capital plans, and improvement projects. He served most recently as Vice President of Housing Operations at Integritus Healthcare in Pittsfield, Mass.
