Rogerson
Communities manages a variety of retirement communities for
other nonprofit organizations.
Springhouse
is a continuing care retirement community with independent
living, assisted living and memory loss apartments in a country
setting near the heart of Boston.
Florence
House has
17 cooperative apartments located
near Roslindale Square.
Snow
Place in Roslindale is currently under development. Sponsored
by Sophia Snow House/Roxbury Home for Aged Women, Snow Place
offers 66 affordably priced independent living apartments
with added services available on an a la carte basis and an
additional 36 residential care rooms in an adjacent wing.
The
Community at Pond Meadow in Wrentham has moderately priced
single family homes.
Pond Home
is a 43-bed retirement home, also in Wrentham.
Rogerson
has supported development of Beacon
Hill Village for those elders who don't wish to leave
the urban neighborhood they love and don't have a nearby retirement
facility. In helping to develop this model "virtual retirement
community" Rogerson hopes to show that aging at home
can be made possible for urban residents, even those of limited
means.
