Sophia Snow House
Rogerson Communities is assisting Sophia Snow House to develop a
state-of-the-art residence for elder homeowners who seek freedom from the hassles of home maintenance. A new residential care facility for elders in need of a more supportive environment will be located in an adjacent wing. Learn more about this innovative project at www.snowplacelikehome.org.

Since 1999, Rogerson Communities has provided comprehensive management of Boston's premier non-profit retirement community.

Forward, Inc.
Rogerson Communities is working with the board of directors of Forward, Inc. to redevelop a 3-acre parcel in Roxbury. Four buildings - three rehabs and one new construction - will provide quality affordable housing for low-income elders, individuals, older adults with mental illness and affordable non-profit office space. In addition, since 1999 Rogerson has been responsible for the management of Council Tower, which provides 144 units of affordable elder housing in Roxbury. Rogerson is currently negotiating a mortgage refinance to invest in improvements to the building. Learn more about these projects on our What's New page.

Pond Home & Community at Pond Meadow
Since 1991, Rogerson Communities has provided comprehensive management of Pond Home, a 43-bed retirement home in Wrentham, Massachusetts. Rogerson's real estate development team also coordinated a large renovation project that increased capacity from 31 to 43. In addition, Rogerson developed an adjacent parcel of land to provide 66 affordable, clustered homes for elders, which became available in 1999. Services are available as needed on an a la carte basis from
