 Beacon
House, a
historic building in a historic neighborhood, offers 135 rent-subsidized
and below market-rate apartments. These Beacon Hill apartments
are available for the elderly and persons with disabilities.
 Florence
House is located in Roslindale and offers moderately-priced
cooperative apartments for people over
age 55.
 Sophia
Snow Place is the site of the
Residences at Snow Place, which offers 66 independent living
apartments for elders of moderate income and the new Sophia
Snow House, which will provide 36 residential care rooms for
elders of moderate means who want access to supportive services
at home.
 The
Community at Pond Meadow in Wrentham offers 66
single-story, moderately priced family homes for independents
seniors. Services are available at the adjacent Pond Home.
