House, a
historic building in a historic neighborhood, offers 135 rent-subsidized
and below market-rate apartments. These Beacon Hill apartments
are available for the elderly and persons with disabilities.
Council
Tower offers 144 apartments for low-income elders
and people with disabilities in Roxbury. The property completed
a $4.3 million renovation in 2005.

Farnsworth House, located in the heart
of Jamaica Plain, has 75 rent-subsidized apartments for low-income
elderly and people with disabilities.
Longfellow
House, a former elementary school in Roslindale,
has been redeveloped into 44 rent-subsidized apartments for
elders. The building is surrounded by the Roslindale Public
Gardens, which have served as a beautiful gateway to the newly
vital Roslindale Village.
Roslindale
House offers 83 rent-subsidized apartments for
low-income elderly and persons with disabilities in Roslindale.
This Rogerson property, formerly the Roslindale High School,
opened in 1987.
