Communities Adult Day Center offers adults with memory loss
an array of therapeutic activities and access to needed health
services. Participants come to the center during the day and
return to their own homes in the afternoon.

• Persons with Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder
• Families who worry that a memory-impaired family member
is unsafe at home, or who may be considering giving up a job
in order to care for that person
• Families who would like support and recommendations
on caregiving
• Persons whon need medication supervision or administration,
or who may not be eating properly on their own

the Adult Day Center, your family member experiences:
• Activities that emphasize the positive, build on abilities
and enhance self- esteem
• A secure, caring, therapeutic environment
• Medical care and health monitoring
• Counseling, support and assistance in setting up necessary
services
• Personal care services that include help with toileting,
grooming and dining
• A light breakfast, nutritious lunch and afternoon snack.
All meals meet USDA guidelines
• A dedicated, trained team of professionals, including
nurses, social workers, activities director and program assistants

and West Roxbury parkways and only ten minutes from Dedham
and Route 128, Rogerson Communities Adult Day Center is conveniently
located for residents of Boston, Brookline, Dedham, Milton,
Newton and other Boston suburbs.
