MASSHOUSING AWARD OF EXCELLENCE; 2003
Mass Housing
recognized Rogerson Communities for achieving the highest Women Business Enterprises (WBE) percentage in the balance of the state area during fiscal year.

METLIFE FOUNDATION AWARD; 2002
The Enterprise Foundation honored Rogerson Communities for Excellence in Affordable Housing.

WILLIAM D. SMITH AWARD FOR ACCESSIBLE DESIGN AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION; 2002
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Safety Architectural Access Board awarded the Beacon House Renovation for the integration of accessibility in the foyer, which preserved the character of the building and contributed to its historic quality.


MASSHOUSING ACHIEVEMENT AWARD; 2001
MassHousing acknowledged Rogerson Communities for meeting or exceeding the organization's Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) goal in the balance of state area during the fiscal year.

URBAN LANDSCAPE AWARD; 2001
Roslindale Public Gardens at Longfellow House received this award for creating "an ideal urban sanctuary", with an excellent year-round design and diverse plantings.


MASSACHUSETTS HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY ACHIEVEMENT AWARD; 2000

MassHousing recognized Rogerson Communities for meeting or exceeding the organization's MBE goal in the balance of state area during the fiscal year.

MASSACHUSETTS HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY ACHIEVEMENT AWARD;
1999
MassHousing awarded Rogerson Communities for its "Good Faith Goal Achievement" in the balance of state area for the fiscal year.

PRESERVATION AWARD; 1996
The Massachusetts Historical Commission honored Peter Faneuil House for demonstrating an outstanding commitment to presentation in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

CITY OF BOSTON RECOGNITION AWARD; 1995
Boston City Council recognized Rogerson Communities for outstanding dedication and commitment to the City of Boston.


MASSACHUSETTS HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY CERTIFICATE OF SPECIAL RECOGNITION; 1992
MassHousing honored Rogerson House for increasing MBE participation by exceeding the ten percent goal for the fiscal year.


Adult Day Health and Fitness Programs

COMMUNITY HEALTH AWARD; 2004
Friends of Brookline Public Health presented Rogerson Fitness FIRST and the Brookline Council on Aging with the 2004 Community Health Award for efforts to promote wellness and quality of life among the elderly. Rogerson Fitness FIRST is a strength and fitness program which uses Nautilus equipment specially created for elders. The program focuses on allowing them to not only enhance their health, but also to increase their independence.


INNOVATION OF THE YEAR AWARD CERTIFICATE OF MERIT; 1997
Rogerson Communities received this award in recognition of its nomination to the Association of Massachusetts Homes and Services for the Aging (AMHSA).


BOARD OF REGISTRATION OF NURSING HOME ADMINSTRATORS LICENSE; 1997
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts presented this award to Rogerson President James F. Seagle, Jr.


Memory Loss Programs

ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION APPRECIATION AWARD; 2001
The Alzheimer's Association, Massachusetts Chapter recognized Boston Alzheimer's Center (now Rogerson House) for the staff's generosity and support as a statewide sponsor of Memory
Walk 2001.

ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION APPRECIATION AWARD; 2000
The Alzheimer's Association, Massachusetts Chapter celebrated the Boston Alzheimer's Center's (now Rogerson House) support of Memory Walk 2000.

ADVOCACY AWARD; 1999
The Alzheimer's Association of Eastern Massachusetts honored Rogerson Communities for the organization's generous public commitment to advocacy on an issue involving Massachusetts residents and family members affected by dementia.
