turn-of-the-century building have been preserved in both the

Eligibility
is based on income and meeting minimum suitability requirements
of good character and credit.
Apartment Details
Studio
units range in size from 243 to 455 square feet, with an average
size of 329 square feet. Each unit has a full kitchen and
private bath. Two studio units are wheelchair accessible and
measure 387 square feet.
One-bedroom
apartments range in size from 516 to 644 square feet, with
an average size of 580 square feet. Each unit contains a full
kitchen and private bath and is designed for a one to two-person
household.
The two-bedroom apartment measures 770 square feet. The
unit contains a full kitchen and bathroom.
How
to Apply
All
applicants must be income-eligible at the time of acceptance.
Maximum household income limit is 60% of HUD Boston Median
Income. Section 8 voucher holders are encouraged to apply.
