Sophia Snow Place is the site of the Residences at Snow Place, which offers 66 independent living apartments for elders of moderate income and Sophia Snow House, which provides 36 residential care rooms for elders of moderate means who want access to supportive services at home.

The Community at Pond Meadow in Wrentham offers 66 single-story, moderately priced family homes for independents seniors. Services are available at the adjacent Pond Home.
