The new steel-framed Hong Lok House (foreground) will feature a much larger adult day health program which will be able to serve 12 more people
than the existing program is licensed for. In addition to 75 units of exceptional housing and a community center (complete with dance fl oor), the
building will offer a roof garden with a dedicated Tai Chi area. The project has unanimous support from the Chinatown community. To the right of the project is the original, historic Liberty Tree building, now housing the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Rising behind the Hong Lok
House is the 26-floor Archstone Boston Common luxury apartment building.
